The Seljuk shipyard in Alanya was built in 1227 by Anadolu Selcuklu Sultan Aladdin Keykubat. This structure, known as the first shipyard in the Mediterranean Sea, is located near Kyzylkule. The shipyard was used as a place to build ships and house vessels.
