Floors in all rooms shall be light color tiles


Walls

All walls are sanded and primed with plaster and subsequently painted with emulsion paint.

Homogeneous colors shall be used in the whole apartment.


Ceilings 

All ceilings are sanded and primed with plaster and subsequently the room is painted white.

Stucco is mounted in the area between walls and ceiling in all rooms. Stucco is also painted white. In the living room, indirect lighting is integrated in the stucco.


Doors

As a standard, doors are paneled doors (MDF). Doors are cream or white and the door handles are ‘silver-look’.
